Education, Coaching, training and supervision for our staff ensures the quality of our services and constitute a sound foundation for our collaboration. Effective pays its staff a higher salary than that provided for in the collective labour agreement for the cleaning industry. Where necessary, an appropriate replacement is found whenever a member of staff is on holiday or is absent.
